All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, helpful, and fluent in at least 2 languages. Our room was clean and had aircon. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough though not over generous.
Secure underground parking was a plus.
The shower cubicle doors didn't leave much room for entry, and there didn't seem to be anywhere pleasant for an evening stroll.

"Convenient on site parking lot, breakfast on offer, good sized rooms setup for remote work with convening features. The family room for 4 was very nice. including some treats as extras.
