Utterly perfect, comfortable and welcoming! Gorgeous location, zen qualities, picturesque views, beyond close for skiing and the beautiful zell am see. The postplatz bus station is 6 minutes away and from there you can ride in comfort to the airport, Tauern spa, Krimml falls, (highest in Europe), and many more. direct and comfortable! loads of great places to eat and drink with friendly people and breath taking scenery. The property is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The host is so warm and friendly she makes you feel you belong from the moment you arrive! The bed was huge and comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot. My balcony was delightfully positioned to see the mountains and I spent quite a bit of time relaxing out there. Great window and door to the balcony for fresh air. you get TV, kettle, cups a safe and a hairdryer. There was a good sized fridge in my room and there was access to microwave, toaster, egg cooker and so much more. There was even a washing machine and dryer which meant less packing and no need for hold luggage! The coffee machine there provides a truly outstanding local coffee. Delighted in many of those! There also snacks and drinks available. Upon leaving the host presented me with a gorgeous book and let me pick a card. She really is a fabulous lady in touch with her customers! I truly hand on heart can not recommend this place enough. so accommodating it felt like home. I completely relaxed xx

Everything was perfect! The curated guesthouse had anything you would need for a lovely ski trip. We would stay there again.

The location is a fairly short walk from the Zell train station, and closer even to the bus station. The staff members were really friendly and helpful bringing a good vibe to the whole place. Our room was comfortable with a sink and a small balcony - perfect for our needs. Separate toilet and shower rooms were fine. Breakfast worked a bit differently than usual - you indicate the bread you want the night before and then note what extra stuff you use - butter, cheese, ham, etc., and you only pay for that. We ate plenty but it was still lots cheaper than most hotels.
At some points in the day there was an unpleasant smell in the corridors (NOT in the room); this could have been due to other guests in some way. It wasn't always there so hopefully just a short-term thing.
