The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The variety was excellent. The coffee and tea was excellent including the self service. No problem with a top up.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful
The room was much smaller than anticipated; due to our need for a portacot there was then no space for our suitcases to be opened - also the toilet and showers both individually just opened up into the main space so added to the feeling of it being very small. Also the location was less central than expected, with the hotel being more in the industrial area.
