Nice hotel, closed to Pompei and Herculaneo.

Very disappointed with the hotel. The room is in poor condition- scratched furniture, uncomfortable bed only with 1 pillow and no duvet (only bedapread), bathroom seems to be after a renovation, but the shower is leaking which makes the whole bathroom almost in flood after you take a shower. I dont know what cleaners use, but the smell of the ‘freshner’ is horrible.
Breakfast is very chaotic and incomplete. Eggs are in the tray with bacon and makes impossible for vegetarian to eat it. And there is no really another option for vegeterians. The staff starting cleaning 30 mins before breakfast is finished which means there is no ,for example, tomatoes available. Food is not fresh and local. They use same stuff from previous day. Staff also is not very engaging and looks like they do you a favour for serving you a coffee. When you asked them about something, you see their face expression. Very poor hospitality and I am giving this review after spending previous nights also in 4 star hotel, which was nothing to be compared to this one. Unfortunately im not recommending this place.
