ottima la colazione, gentilissimo il personale di sala
la camera poco luminosa. Alzarsi la mattina senza luce naturale non è piacevole.
La finestra anche se aperta è ostruita dalla folta vegetazione che non fa entrare luce, ne tantomeno il paesaggio.

The location is breathtaking with view on Assissi! Beautiful pool and a very good restaurant! Lovely staff!
Unfortunately when we were there the pool at was closed, but we could still get drinks at the reception. The pool is not heated so in summer great but challenging for shoulder season. The owner, a lady, could have been more welcoming. We added extra nights and there was no comment like: good to hear u would like to extend or thanks for the extension. Not the Italian warm welcome we are used to!

The location of the reception and the restaurant is perfect with a panoramic view and good food.
This time we were allocated in apartment arancia and there was no WiFi connection in the apartment. When we told the receptionist, she replied that there should be WiFi. But our children stayed in an apartment last year and also did not have WiFi ! The mattress had a hole in the middle.
There was no zoom mirror in the bathroom and the vanity is not well maintained. The apartment did not have mosquito blinds which are necessary in summer.
