The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. Every person we met on reception was happy to go above and beyond to help us and we saw this with other customers too. We had car trouble that meant we had to stay an extra night and throughout the entire process, the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. Both rooms were very lovely and the bathrooms were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety on offer.
We only gave a smiley face instead of a happy face as whilst it was very close to the tram station, you did have to use it to get to any shops or useful places. However, this did make it very quiet and peaceful!

Соотношения цена-качество, это безумно дорогой отель, путешествую очень много, таких цен на такие условия - еще не встречала. Картинка отеля в интернете красивая, а на самом деле - очень старый отель, с разломанной мебелью, старой сантехникой, краны отпадают, неудобными старыми матрасами, скрипящими дверьми и ставнями.
