Staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good English. Nothing was too much trouble. Quality and standard of food was very high. Service top quality. Room was high end clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Hotel well positioned. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend. From someone who likes the finer things in life and definitely 5* Hotels......
Personally, I found one female member of staff in the restaurant to be rather unfriendly at breakfast. Not rude but uninterested. But she was the only one. The steps closest to coffee and tea facilities needs to be highlighted as I consider them to be dangerous. I tripped on them and so did another guest....

loved the location close to the town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and always beautifully presented.
The spa was our favourite part, very clean with lots of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was exceptional, especially Antonio. He really made our time there special and was fantastic a real credit to the Eden team.

One of the reception’s lady helped me about the best cheeseburger I ever had
The lady who checked me in, didn’t giveme the room that I booked and I don’t know why!!
And I asked the reception to help me with the balcony’s door and the staff didn’t knock the door and open it fast and that was a rude from them
