Great location next to the pedestrian zone, park and walkable to the fest grounds. Convenient 24 hr parking garage on site.
Did not get the room that I booked - was 100% a downgrade - I returned to the desk and inquired with the Check in staff and they didn't seem to care. Check out staff was kind and friendly.
