Abendessen Schnitzel mit Champion und Soße
sehr gut
Spargel mit Schale. Schnitzel mit vielen Sehnen. Restaurantchef hat mich ignoriert bei Reklamation. Ist kommentarlos weggegangen.
Das war der 2. Abend. So behandelt man keine Gäste.

Excellent hotel, with splendid decoration and beautiful rooms, in the very style of a "Jagdhaus". Breakfast is simply superb, nothing better ever. Dinner on the other hand we only had for one evening and was good but not in sink with the very high quality of the hotel and of the rooms, breakfast, spa, surroundings.

Beautiful setting in nature, charming property with good spa facilities and a quality restaurant. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite and helpful when asked questions.
Overall experience below expectations for a Relais & Châteaux. Communication prior to arrival via the Booking messaging system was inconsistent and unclear, particularly regarding room configuration and arrangements, which set the tone for the stay. There was also no proper onboarding at check-in (no hotel tour and no clear explanation of included services). The breakfast buffet remained unchanged over several days and felt repetitive. In addition, there were visible signs of understaffing, with the bar closed on some evenings and some services unavailable. The overall service and communication fell short of the standards we experienced in our other Relais & Châteaux stays. This was unfortunately the lowest overall experience among our nine Relais & Châteaux stays so far.
