Excellent location near Chamars park and Canot tram stop. Friendly welcoming reception staff. Easy check in and check out. Nice breakfast area. Pay parking available. Easy walk into the city centre. Good value for money. Nice hot shower.
Not much natural light so the room seemed dark. No cleaning of the room, so after 5 days the floors were very dirty. No cleaning utensils to sweep floors. Bins not emptied so you have to take rubbish to outside bins.

Room had a kitchenette, so perfect for people wanting to prepare food for themselves.
Check-in experience was horrible. The hotel has a sign with an outdated name "Zenement" on the door and for the parking space. Nowhere was mentioned that this was the case. So after a long day of driving it took me ages, to figure out where to access the hotel, and where to park my car. As it was a Sunday, the reception closed already at 7pm - which again, wasn't stated on the hotel profile on booking.com. I had received several emails from the property after booking, but not a single one with the access code for the entry, neither with instructions for the safe, that held the room key, etc. I wouldn't even have made it into the hotel, if not for other guests needing to check in at the same time. I tried to call the number referred to on booking.com - which brought me to the reception, that as mentioned was closed. I had a link in my emails to "check in", which only brought me to a page, that stated I was checked in, again without ANY information on how to access my room keys. If it wasn't for the other guests I'd been stranded. This all took me a whole hour! When mentioning this to the staff at check-out the next morning, I felt super disregarded. This is a problem and they didn't want to hear about. It definitely put a huge blow on my stay. Check-in experience -10.
