Our room was nice. Not too big but definitely enough space if you won’t be there apart for sleeping and preparing before out. Nice decor. The bed was comfy but pillows a lil too thick for my liking. Bathroom clean and spacious. Kettle, tea bags, milk, coffee and hairdryer in the room. Wardrobe have enough space for clothes to put in for one night/weekend away. Staff was really kind and helpful! And breakfast amazing. Filled us up for half of the day :) delicious. Great terrace, bar and restaurant area. Hotel is in a perfect spot between plenty of lil coffee/bakery shops and right beside shop(USAVE)where you can find almost everything you forgot to pack… Coop and Tesco close as well. Plenty of hotel bars around , some with tables outside what was perfect for us with such a nice weather. Very peaceful and friendly town. Plenty to visit/walk around. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back :)

We stayed here because of the location, the "Hotel entrance" door wasn't attended to, but the staff in the bar were super helpful.
Adverts do state there's a car park... there's not.
But anyway, it was a great night.

This is a very well presented, clean and comfortable place to stay. I used it as a stop off point to do some hillwalking in the surroundings area. The room was immaculately clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent and was included in my booking. The food was fresh, well prepared, and there was plenty of it. Very friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation is part of a busy cheerful pub, but offers private access to the rooms. Direct parking outside can be a slight issue. However, with Callander being a fairly small town, apart from unloading luggage it doesn't pose much of a problem. I had a pleasant stay here at a reasonable price
