Beautiful location, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely gardens, nice breakfast. The golf buggy rides were a highlight for our family as we have three young kids. The people there are so lovely. The spa massage was lovely. The teddy bears and good night message on the bed were a real highlight for our kids - thank you!
The pools and pool areas are badly in need of maintenance- there are broken tiles and the ladder is falling off the pool wall. This is a safety issue for young children.

The food was enjoyable and the staff were so helpful and friendly
It’s a bit of a distance from the Ubud centre however the hotel provides a free shuttle to transport!

There was no gym,no equipment etc . Swimming pool was smaller for 4 star category.Indian food can be more tasty
