Hotel de Foetz

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Goed gelegen met verschillende eetgelegenheden, winkels en supermarkten op wandelafstand. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer voldoende ingericht in verhouding tot de prijs.

1 klein detail: weinig keuze van brood bij het ontbijt dat bovendien al een beetje uitgedroogd was maar voor de rest geen klachten over het ontbijt

Locatie, avond en in de nacht veel geluids overlast, daarin tegen is de prijs er ook na, dus al m al.prima.

The staff is very friendly. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants around this area. The bus stop is just two walking minutes away from the hotel.

Having a bus stop very close to the hotel looks like this hotel is a good option for people travelling without a car. However, busses are never punctual. Don't rely on the schedules. The trip to the nearby town of Esch always took around 40 minutes rather than the 20 minutes printed on the schedule. Frequency of bus links already starts to drop relatively early in the evening; if you like to walk, you can reach the hotel on foot from Schifflange train station in around half an hour. So overall: The location of this hotel is not really suitable for public transportation travellers. Facitilitywise, I missed a hair dryer.
