The entire staff was helpful and courteous.
The general areas were clean and well-maintained.
The reception staff was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance.
The breakfast food options were diverse, and the service was good.
- The housekeeping was inconsistent. Teas and coffees were never replenished during our stay, and only one hand towel was left on the last day instead of two.
- The in-room coffee-tea making tray came with plastic espresso and tea cups, which were not very elegant and not very healthy.
- The bed in room 433 was extremely noisy when you moved or turned in it.

The staff was excellent, especially Angela, Giusy, Sara, Vito, Elvira, and others whose names I’m forgetting. They all (especially Angela and Giusy) made sure all our needs were met.
The room temperature was way too warm, and the thermostat would not go low enough to cool the room while we slept. It was hot and stuffy

Very pleasant and nice staff, good location, good breakfast, very comfortable bed, bar and restaurant work till 12am.

Staff were very helpful and polite they organised lots of things quickly for us. The location was great.
The room was very warm and stuffy even when using the air con. We could hear the neighbour watching television throughout the night. There was a flashing light in our room that we couldn’t switch off (presumably a smoke detector) which was directly above the bed and there was also a safety light that staid on all night. Breakfast was ok but the eggs & bacon were not hot. The windows in the room are blacked out so there is no view.
