We had a great stay at the apartment. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home with good facilities, and the sound of the street flooded the room when we had the window open, so we felt the buzz of the area. Yacob was a great host with regular communication with how to get in and with local recommendations, which gave us some extra places we might not have considered!

The property was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was very nice in the apartment and its location was ideal!

Location was perfect, host was very welcoming and catered to all your needs 10/10 for me! The apartment was beautiful all way did not disappoint I must say! Would defiantly recommend staying again.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to a number of issues that should not have occurred.
• Check-in: We were greeted by the cleaner rather than a host, who did not explain how to use the alarm system on the door. Only one key was provided for three guests, which was very inconvenient.
• Cleanliness: On arrival, we found damp towels on the bed and furniture, a bed sheet drying on the floor, a full laundry basket, and an unemptied dishwasher. The sound system also did not work.
• Utilities: The next day, the electricity failed in the back of the apartment and was never restored in the bathroom. Instead, an extension lead and lamp were provided, which raised safety concerns. The hot water also failed temporarily; although it was restored, we were told we could use another guest’s apartment for showers, which was not an acceptable solution.
• Privacy: On one occasion, the property manager entered the apartment without knocking or notifying us, which felt like an invasion of privacy.
While the property manager was polite and did promise a complimentary night for a future stay, no details were provided on how this could be arranged.
This stay was meant to be for a special birthday, but the ongoing issues made it very stressful. The apartment has great potential, but at the very least guests should expect a clean, well-prepared property with functioning utilities.
