Sauna and the fire place were nice, beds were comfortable, full kitchen was a nice thing to have. Our apartment had windows straight towards Kaunispää (and the balcony was a large one with a grill we didn't use because it was winter). All in all a great place to stay for a few days, you can cook at the apartment, enjoy sauna and it's nice and quiet and pretty clean. Enough room for 4, clothes drying cabinet, two toilets - what's not to love?
Note, this was one of the buildings, I've no idea what they are all like. Could be some are different, and could be they're all this. You can't really know what you're getting when you book it at least based on the photos (which are from multiple different types of apartments) so when you book one, make sure it lists the amenities you need.
Nothing to complain, really. The carpet was a bit frayed in one corner and one of the kettles wasn't totally clean but it took a few seconds to scrub that one piece of oatmeal out, the rest of the plates, bowls and cutlery were clean (and there is a dishwasher to take care of that anyway).

Conveniently located for all activities. Spacious pent house we booked an we got exactly what we booked for.
Sauna was not very efficient. Dishwasher start was little tricky but worked out after guidance from staff.

The apartment is really nice: Good beds, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, two toilets and sauna that heats quickly. We would definitely stay there again :)
Everything else than the apartment is just poorly organized… The staff would have a great deal to learn about good customer service. The breakfast is poor compared to next door Lapland Hotels. The common areas are outdated and the pools have been closed for already two years with no apparent plan to be renovated. We also asked for a cleaning, that just never came…
