It was in a perfect location for me.
The light sensors in the hallways and the bathroom need to be adjusted, as I often found myself in the dark. The place has a rather musty smell.

The guesthouse is out of the center, so it is necessary to go by tram to the town. On the other hand, it is very close to the University, so we could walk to the conference.
The guesthouse is situated in a small neighborhood of cozy wooden houses, but the main street with the tram line is close.
The description on the web says, that our room had twin bed and a bunk bed. In fact, there ia a double bed, not twin bed, there.

The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. Black molds on the wall and it smells bad. The house is a bit old so not sound-proof - you hear everything.
