Lucilla una splendida persona, gentile accogliente e molto solare. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti, vicinanza alla spiaggia, alla farmacia e ai ristoranti. Posizione strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni della Versilia e della vicinissima Liguria. Consigliatissimo +++

Bilocale climatizzato con una bella veranda esterna.
Ottimo per chi intende avere un punto di appoggio per visitare in auto i punti strategici.
Lucilla è stata fin da subito gentile ed essendo la struttura dietro la casa principale, in caso di necessità è facilmente raggiungibile.
Abbiamo fatto anche amicizia con i vari gatti che vivono lì.

This location has 2 small apartments next to each other sharing the yard with the owners. The location is awesome, far enough from the busy streets but also very close to the beach and restaurants. The owners Lucilla & Paolo are amazing and they know how to treat their guests. Although my Italian is as rudimentary as it gets we had really nice conversations drinking a delicious wine from their own production.
The apartment has good space and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a kitchen which is fully equipped to be used. Bed is good and also the shower cabin has decent space. The nicest touch is the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a good pizza & a bottle of wine in the evening. Lucilla did an amazing job in decorating the apartments, we liked her philosophy a lot. Just ask her :). One last thing, they have a lot of cats but they are very respectful with the guests and if you want to get friendly they will reciprocate :)))
We know for sure where our next stay will be when we are around.

The internet is quite poor and unstable but they said they are on the way to fix it.
Entry and exit from the property with the car is quite challenging but they have bikes which you can use so you can leave your car there.
