Location 10-minute walk to Lake Garda, 5 minutes to grocery store. Great view of buildings with mountains behind them. Sun shade over patio blocks hot afternoon sun and retracts to expose beautiful morning view. Electric blockout shades on bedroom windows. Beds are comfortable. Washing machine was vital for our 24-day trip. Very hot water. Fast Internet.

No bathroom soap nor paper towels and only one ice tray, but that seems typical of Italy. No separate top sheets. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work (if it has air conditioning) so I slept on top of the covers with no sheet or cover. Small second bathroom shower drain is clogged and drains very slowly. Small bedroom should have a smaller bed such as a full (double) bed because there is little room to walk on the sides and no place for suitcases to unfold. The 50 Euro towel and sheets fee for four people is a non-standard, hidden fee and is very high. However, the overall nightly room rate including this fee was fair for the area.,

Central location, good size, well equipped

Pros- 1. Good location near the old town in walking distance of 5-7 mins 2. Full kitchen equipment provided with dishwasher and oven. Has a coffee maker, too 3. 2 full bathrooms, although one is smaller than the other. Good shower pressure and only one bidet in the big bathroom 4. Has a lift in the building and private parking 5. Comfortable bed and relatively quiet neighbourhood 6. Close to various eating options and a good supermarket 6. Good base to explore nearby towns in Lake Garda 6. Communication with the host was prompt and responsive. She also met us personally and brought us up to the apartment

Cons- 1. Not sure if it's the water or kettle, but the boiled water had a metallic taste, even after several times of boiling, so we didn't use the kettle in the end 2. My friend in the other bedroom noticed a stale smell coming from the bed linen 3. It was a little difficult taking a shower in the bathtub without getting the floor wet. Maybe having a shower curtain would help? 4. The fridge could also be cleaned up a little more as we noticed some stains on the shelves The apartment has its fair share of wear and tear and is definitely not new, but it is functional and has a great location. It's pretty good value if you can look past the small details.

Sehr zentrale Lage Größe der Wohnung Große abschließbare Box in der Tiefgarage für Auto und Fahrräder

Die zentrale Lage ( Hauptverkehrsstrasse) ist auch der größte Nachteil der Wohnung. 16 - 18 Stunden Verkehrslärm. Vor allem am Wochenende, wenn Hunderte Motorräder in die Stadt einfallen. Küche und Bad sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich fertig und abgewohnt. Die Fotos sind besser als die Realität. Da muss man Werner aus einer früheren Bewertung leider Recht geben.
