The apartment is nice and quiet and close to the village.
Check in/out policy needs to be reviewed. Check out at 9.30 is far too early especially for a family with kids. Having in mind that check in is at 16.00 you lose half day of skiing. There were no cleaning materials (mops, rags, chemicals). Dishwasher is only for lightly soiled dishes. Pool is nice but the water is cold particularly if you spent the entire day on snow. Kids below 14 are not allowed to the pool after 19h.

Taken deposit 375 eur and the fact they reserve your money and then you wait and wait for it to be returned back. The price is pretty much for one bedroom app, and couch for 3 people.
