Had difficulty finding and accessing the unit. Telephone support was prompt and helpful. Parked at alternative site during my stay as the designated lots were being paved. Note that registration is required to park but process is straightforward. Apartment is very spacious. Cooking and shower facilities good. Bedding comfortable. Tea bags provided had not been replaced for some time. Enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at Broadway. Wish the pricing was not so high.

We made a booking in Dec 2024 for 1 night on the same day we checked in. The booking went invalid due to our card issue as confirmed by The Lodge both by phone and by email to us. Therefore we made another booking and successfully paid for it. However, 2 days later, our card was charged for the invalid booking, resulting in a duplication in payments. I had to send email to claim for the payment duplication many times and didn’t received any response from them. So even when I have left England, I still needed to call them a few times to explain and chase for the refund. No email response is unacceptable given it’s very inconvenient for foreign tourists. The property is clean, pretty and at convenient location, although it’s quite difficult to find if you arrive in the evening. But being responsive to customers are also very important.

Contemporary and modern Interior design of the apartment . We stayed in the Duck room, plenty of space for the 3 of us. The only setback was it is difficult to find the apartment because it is behind the main street . The address is only a narrow lane between a Grill Restaurant and cafe 32. Car cannot drive through ! We arrived late and the steet was very dark, It took us a while to locate the car park and the apartment . Otherwise, it is a nice apartment to stay .
