These 2 ladies Anna and Despina (AnnaDes) really know how to take care of you. We were immediately greeted upon arrival. The room had a welcome package including water, an orange soda as well as a lemonade soda and this is the first place where they left us some "koulourakia" (Greek homemade cookies) for morning coffee! Their place is immaculate. The unit has a full kitchen including oven and stove top, coffee maker, and panini maker, etc. The bathroom was excellent and roomy with an American style shower! It is very close to the beachfront where all the cafes, restaurants, and stores are. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress. What is unique about this place is that each unit has its own private veranda with a table, chairs, clothes drying rack, and beautiful views. There was a general garden sitting area at the entrance which was shared by everyone if you wanted to sit and meet new people! Overall these ladies went out of their way to make your stay the greatest. This is the place to book when coming to Karfas.

facilities in the room were great for our stay. they offered us cookies, tea and coffee, the ac was working fine, we had a balcony. the design of the room was lovely.
This is not about the hotel but the location. Transportation is difficult if you don't have a car. There is a bus every hour, but it wasn't reliable.

The terrace was great and the location.was convenient. Having a fridge also made a difference.
The bed was too soft and the shower unconfortable.
