This was a late booking for me, so was very impressed with everything, i made the booking at about 12 and arrived at 3, so appreciated having a place to stay for the night.
The room was fantastic, a very clean, well kept room with a bed that gave me a lovely sleep.
There is a carpark for about 6 cars, and its about 20 minutes walk to the Gosport ferry for going over to Portsmouth.
A nice touch is the kitchen extras, a selection of things for you to use including some snacks to pick.

location is great if you are in Gosport to do Clipper Training.
The landlady is very friendly and accommodating.
You do get a light breakfast consisting of cereals and toast.
I stayed at the guesthouse on 3 different occasions and enjoyed my stay, however I think that the guesthouse is not getting the best service from their cleaners. For instance the shower curtain is not replaced after a stay and is rather dirty. I also noticed that the drinking glasses supplied in the bathroom is rinsed rather than washed. Disappointing as I don't think the landlady is aware of these lapses by the cleaning staff.
