location, location a beautiful lively neighborhood. the flat was heated efficiently.
The light at the bedroom did not work. It was not the bulb but a technical issue only reading lamps were working and it made the room not comfortable. There was a lot of noises from the street and neighbors that made impossible to sleep.

Great location.
No warm water almost never, the room was always cold and when we asked for an extra blanket as we were waking up all the time from how cold the room was, they denied. This is not hospitality at all. There was not a single moment we felt comfortable inside our room. They kept saying that there’s a law in Italy and you cannot raise the temperature above 20°C.
