The location was good and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The hotel looked clean and tidy.
Contact through booking.com could be better; they don't respond. Since there were no other guests, it was sometimes difficult to find staff at certain times. At night, there was a lot of noise from a company operating below.

This is perhaps one of the most beautiful hotels/accommodation place, for lack of better description, that I ever stayed in this area. It is located in the middle of a lot of grass field, almost like in a fairy-tale, and the breakfast was delicious. We didn't have time to visit the grinding mill. I just read something very quick about the history of the place, almost 600 years?!! It apparently has a long history, and the owner was very nice. I think dinner here would have been also very nice. They have daily fish. We checked in around 8pm so I couldn't enjoy the surrounding area as much. Wish we could have stayed another night. One could take a nice walk for sure. You have to pay the city tax in cash. That seems to be the norm in the lake region.
I thought the road it was located on wasn't a major road, however, there were numerous motorcycle swooping by even after 9pm. There are a lot of motorcycles in this region. I think they should ban those from making noises on those roads.

Good location, close to the bike trail and only a couple of minutes away (with the bike) from the lake.
Very nice staff and good communication with the owner.
Spacious room with private wc and a small kitchen corner.
Possibility of total darkness, since there were blinds in the room.

Very nice location. Restaurant offers simple meals but these taste good. Large room.
Floor was dirty, broken chair, no light in one bathroom. Dirty dishes, almost no cutlery present, you cannot really do self catering. Uncomfortable pillows, but that is a question of personal preference. The price for family room is not adequate. You can find much better accommodation for such price.
