Excellent location in the city centre close to all the main attractions and public transport. The customer service was superb. All the staff were friendly, professional and informative. A special mention needs to be made to Dzenanda at reception and Ajla, the General Manager. They were so helpful in getting a room ready for us to check in to when we had arrived early. They went out of their way to provide a great service and we really appreciated it.
The breakfast area is a little small and sometimes difficult to find a table during busy periods. This was a small inconvenience in an otherwise excellent hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent size of the room, great fitness, sauna and steam room. Good breakfast. Hotel located near the center and shopping malls

The corridors are dirty and filled with trash
The rooms are not soundproof you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.
The coffee machine was broken
The pet fee is crazy expensive: 50€ per stay for no reason
On arrival they tried to send us to an external parking garage saying theirs was full. Insisting a bit it was not full anymore and when accessed we found out there was plenty of space.
We were given just one key, so we could not come or go separately
Bathroom window on the bed makes impossibile to go to the toilet overinight without waking up the other as light would illuminate the whole room
Tents won’t close properly
Tv only shows few little limited channels and cannot be used to share screen from apple devices
