Freundliche Gastgeber, die immer gerne zum persönlichen Austausch bereit waren und viele Tipps für Unternehmungen geben konnten.
Im näherem Umkreis nur rudimentäre Gastronomie. Im Ort Bacharach nur ein "Tante-Emma-Laden". Nächster Supermarkt fast 10 km entfernt.

Allereerst complimenten voor Ingrid en Helmut. Ze weten hoe ze gasten thuis moeten laten voelen. Elke ochtend werden onze verse broodjes aan de deur gehangen. Wij hadden het beneden appartement voor 4 personen. Het was helemaal compleet en superschoon. Bacharach is een prachtig klein stadje. Voor lekker eten kun je goed terecht bij NOY, klein maar superlekker. Mochten we ooit terug komen dan zeker weer bij de Kachel.
Kan niks bedenken.

Hyggelig autentisk stemning i lejlighederne, og meget søde værts par. Placeret lidt væk fra byen, men med skønne omgivelser af vinmarker, bjerge og vingårde.
Der var stod, at der ville være mulighed for at låne cykler, men de var defekte og ikke tilgængelige.

Location
It was advertised as Ferienwohnung = holiday apartment including terrace and separate entrance door, but what was actually booked was a hotel-like double room in the same house where the hosts live, meaning you need to walk through the hosts' private living room and corridor in order to get to the room. No privacy. The price would have been great for a holiday apartment, but not for a double room in a shared house.
