Moderno y que hubiera parking
Que llegamos 2h antes del checkin y no nos dejarán ni dejar maletas ni ir a la piscina. Entendemos que la habitación no estuviera disponible pero al menos poder dejar las cosas y aprovechar la piscina. En España esto no hubiera pasado.

Inadequate breakfast
one day the juice machine didn't work. the next day the coffee machine. very low quantity of food considering that breakfast is not included in the room price.
