Welcome to the Al’s Auto Attic at Pecan Grove Estates. This attic oasis is nestled at the rear of the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Main House. Renovated to maintain its rustic and industrial charm, this space overlooks the expansive retro garage contains 1 bedroom, 1 loft bed, 1 bath, living room, dinning area, & kitchen. It is within walking distance to the San Antonio river, historic San Jose Missions, grocery, and pharmacy. This space also has one parking space within the gated grounds.
Less than a 1.5 miles from the historic San Jose Missions, the San Antonio river, Biking/Walking trails as well as the vessel drop in point for kayaking down the river. Less than 5 miles to downtown San Antonio. A short drive to Southtown, the Pearl Brewery, and shopping.

The property manager was really sweet to check-in process was really easy. It was a nice place and we really enjoyed it. If we are in town we will love to go back.
