Loved the location, very close to everything important in the city, the receptionist was very nice and friendly, also helped me with an iron and with keeping my luggage extra hours after check-out for free. The breakfast place right next to the sea was nice, the food was good.
The apartment was not clean enough and the bathroom had mold on the walls. The noise from everything happening outside the room (corridors, other rooms, street) was disturbing. Compared to other fancier hotels from the same area, I can rate this one as pricy for the quality provided.

Close to the city center, close to the beach, close to the bus station to the airport
wifi unreliable on the 1st floor. sometimes connection was dropping, every 10 minutes, or in different spots of the room.
pretty noisy location. close to the street and you can hear people working, trucks. and at the house next to the hotel there are 3 little devil dogs barking all day and night. bring ear plugs :)
water was hot enough but came pretty slow with not so much pressure
breakfast was included but pretty mid, your classic cheap english breakfast
