Un appartement bien équipé ; un rafraîchissement des peintures serait bienvenu ainsi que le retrait d’une chaise inutilisable car percée .
Bon emplacement avec parking très appréciable .

Appartement très agréable et conforme au descriptif. Peut convenir à une famille avec enfants ou personne à mobilité réduite. Petit critique pour le coin cuisine. Evier ayant besoin d'un bon décapage et matériel de cuisine pas toujours très propre. Dommage.

Très bel appartement vu sur mer dans une résidence très calme. Situé près du centre ville et à quelque mètre du navibus pour aller à St Malo.

L'appartement est très bien situé (mer et commerces à proximité) et dispose d'une belle vue sur mer. Il est bien agencé, une partie nuit et une partie séjour distincte avec un beau balcon. Parking appréciable. Cependant, il aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement (la moquette de la chambre parentale est tâchée ainsi que les tapisseries de l'appart). Les oreillers sont à changer. L'aspirateur dégage une mauvaise odeur. Dans les parties communes (entrée et ascenseur), il y a une odeur de renfermé.
