Not enough kitchen utensils. OK but missing eg corkscrew..sharp knives..cleaning materials brush broom - they cleaned well but useful for us to have cleaning bits

The staff in the bar/restaurant was super nice.
The swimming pool area was great
Also the location was good, close to the party/shop/restaurant area but without the noise.
Unfortunately we had bed bugs on the first night. They said it was the first time, and as per the reviews looked like it was true. They didn’t offer a room change right away, we had to request it, but once we did they quickly change it. We also had to request a laundry service in case the bugs were in our clothes. Also they did not compensate us in anyway or go the extra mile with the service.
