The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They gave a lot of advices and patiently answered all my questions.
The brakefast was very good and there was enough different meals to choose from. The resort provided different services and tours. I had three times the same guide at different activities who was really friendly and gave a lot of background.
The restaurant in the resort was also fantastic and offered a lot of regional food, which I can highly recommend.
The room was quite big and had everything I needed. There was also more than enough space to unpack all the belongings.
I booked the shuttle service from the airport but was the only passenger from the flight not to be picked up. After calling the resort they apologised and told me that the driver got stucked and will be there in approximatly 10 minutes. However, all the other resorts / hotels and their shuttle services had no problem reaching the airport in time. Besides it was a 10 minute drive to the resort, indicating that they simply forgot to pick me up. Taking the price of shuttle service into account this was unacceptable and my first impression of the resort was therefore quite bad. However, they apologised at least three times; still I don't think that the driver got stucked.
The location of the resort is another point. If you have a car, or any kind transport the location is fantastic. If you are not mobile the location is suboptimal. The resort is in a remote area without public transport. Ivalo is like 20 minutes on foot away, but Ivalo itself doesn't offer a lot. The busstop to Inari is another 10 minutes on foot away. You almost need to book the offered activities to get around and do something if you are not mobile. At least in Winter.

Facilities, very friendly service, and especially the sauna and avanto! Very comfortable and genuinely Finnish experience. Breakfast was nice too.
And could see aurora borealis!
TV had issues in room, (no antenna signal occasionally appearing) but likely isolated case to the room I was in. Likely non issue in other rooms

The location was good, just outside Ivalo. The room (twin room) was clean with a comfortable bed, breakfast offered a wide variety, the on-site restaurant served excellent dinner, and free parking was available.
The bathroom was quite small and could get wet when showering. The Wi-Fi router had a bright light, so we placed it down to avoid it shining. The curtain didn’t close properly, though the Venetian blinds helped make the room a bit darker. Additionally, noise from other rooms could be heard, making it less ideal for light sleepers.
