Appartement bien situé au centre de Saas fée,confortable très bien agencé et soigné.Les propriétaires sont très serviables et beaucoup apprécié qu'on viennent nous chercher et le retour à notre véhicule. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci

The condo was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, but could use a microwave.
The hosts spoke good English, were available throughout the stay and approved our early check in, which was appreciated.
Saas-Fee is small and lovely, though apartment's location within Saas-Fee was a bit further from the slopes and required walking quite steeply uphill - OK for us, though not the most convenient with luggage or in ski boots, especially for someone less mobile. We appreciated the host giving us a ride to the bus station on our last day early in the morning. Apparently arranging for a pickup from bus station was also an option, but we weren't aware of that.
It felt like the hosts were quite nosy, at least by American standards. Under the guise of "replacing in-room decorations" they barged into our condo at 9am (2 days before our departure), went to all the rooms to "check on the windows condensation", commented on us heating too much, opened a balcony door letting in -10 Celcius air, while my sick daughter was still in her pajamas etc. This might be an acceptable behavior by Swiss standards, but could feel like an invasion of privacy for many international travelers.
The hosts only offered us a single trash bag and 2 coffee capsules, suggesting we can buy the entire pack if we want more. Buying a full pack of either just to sustain ourselves for 5 days was not practical. When paying $400/night, I feel like they shouldn't skimp on such basic comforts.
I didn't rate the immediate surrounding too high, given that the "historical" wooden buildings nearby smell quite bad.
The TV was small and not connected to streaming services, rendering it not particularly useful.

Great apartment and location.
Good speed of response from owner to communication.
I was double charged for the accommodation and while the refund was made relatively quickly (1 week) I suffered significant bank charges as a result.
Booking.com states tourist tax of CHF4.5 but it's actually CHF7 per person per night in summer season. This resulted in the apartment costing more than anticipated and was only advised after the stay had ended.
