The rooms were kice and clean, the lounge and reseption were beautiful and spaceus. The staff were amazingly professional and polite, i would like to mention mihai and olga as being very polite and respectful.
There was some loose trim on the room table, as well as on the reseption desk, but these issues are totally overshadowed by the polite staff. Overall a very good experience.

I loved the hotel, I truly loved the view from the room I was eventually given.
when I first arrived, my room was not clean. I had to change rooms three times before finally getting a clean one.
