Bella struttura, da agriturismo.

Purtroppo non abbiano potuto sfruttare la struttura perche abbiamo dovuto dormito li una notte.
Camera moderna e bella.

Purtroppo il letto era poco funzionale per mia mamma di 84 anni. Anche se lei è in forma, quel letto basso e con la base che sporge , per lei era scomodo per sdraiarsi, ma soprattutto per alzarsi.
L'altro problema era che c'era la vasca, quindi difficile per entrare per mia madre dentro. Neanche aveva delle maniglie per sostegno.
Quindi lei non ha potuto fare la doccia.
Ci siamo state solo una notte quindi non è stato un grosso problema. Ma se rimanevamo più giorni, sicuramente avremmo dovuto cambiare struttura.
Ma ripeto la camera era ok. Ma poco funzionale per una persona anziana.

This is the third time we have stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant serves excellent food and the wines are lovely.
The room is clean and spacious . We will definitely stay there again!

The pool was nice and the city next to the hotel, Montecarlo, was very cozy and within walking distance. By car you can also access Lucca, Pisa and Florence quickly.
We booked an apartment and it unfortunately did not look like the pictures. It was on the top floor under the roof (with diagonal walls) meaning it felt very cramped. It was further facing directly towards the street which is quite busy and very noisy from bikes and cars going up and down the hill. The bathtub was also very dirty with black mould as it hasen’t been deep cleaned for years.
In our third (and final) night we god upgraded to an apartment that was not facing the road. This was much much better. Reception seemed quite rude and like they did not care about us. The receptionist was very often not to be found in the building meaning we (together with people waiting to be checked in) on multiple occasions were waiting for 10 minutes until some staff walked in and called her.
