The hotel room was okay. The receptionist was very helpful. I didn’t realize that I had booked a twin room instead of a double room, but he kindly changed it for me. The double room was a standard size for two adults with young kids — not too small and not too spacious. However, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and once the door was opened, the odor filled the room. Since this is a cave hotel, it’s also normal to have some sand and dust falling from the cave walls. Mr. Saifullah was very nice, extremely helpful, and always cheerful. He was easy to talk to and was always willing to assist with any inquiries. The hotel is located in Goreme and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Just note that the walk can involve a bit of uphill climbing as the hotel is situated on higher ground.

I’d like to commend the staff of the hotel. The hotel manager (I didn’t get his name) was very warm, helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. Sef’s service was also exceptional—he’s genuinely kind and always ready to help. I hope he gets promoted. Both of them made my stay truly pleasant. For the food, I’d like to commend Sultan BukingK—I’ll miss her Turkish pancakes. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, just a few meters from the center, and it’s an authentic cave hotel which makes the experience even more special.

We really enjoyed our stay, location is close to Göreme centre, very nice terrace with perfect view for hot air balloon watching, room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. The staff in the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and kind, it almost felt like visiting some family friends. Would love to come back and definitely recommend.
