The parking, the breakfast.

The location is really good.
They guy who where in the reception.. really a nice young guy .. he said he is in Germany for only 6 months, but his German is way better for the time he mentioned.. respect him.
1. I am staying in the hotels in Europe for nearly 15 years..and with the kids for 7 years.. never been asked for to give my kids identity. But they where really insisting us to share.. but I strongly denied it and they accepted with my explanation.
2. We booked one apartment for two family. The apartment is really nice, but it has only one bathroom and toilet which is attached to one of the bedroom ( also it was under construction). I was explaining them it is uncomfortable to use that toilet for two family especially which is attached one particular bedroom.
3. I asked for an alternative.. that we can book 2 different rooms by considering our kids (4 kids in 2 family). They said not possible. So I booked extra room .
4. But, I could see the hotel was completely empty on that night, may be 1 or 3 guests.. since I saw I all the room key was hanging in the reception and i saw maximum six people next day morning.
I am running this hotel I will 100% helped the guest especially with the baby with out negotiating. And the worst part is they made me to pay same night where I have drive to find the ATM.
4. In the reception, they mentioned we get a breakfast in the morning for additional cost. Next day morning we went the breakfast they said we have to order previous night since there are no many guests.. so all our families went out empty stomach..
Guys .. it is business .. but you should react based on situation.. if not you are the loser not the customer...
