Room was great size with view over the park (collection superior), very clean. The common areas in the hotel were really nice, the room itself was a little dated but clean and comfortable which is most important. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was exceptional, great selection of western and Chinese food.

Location is not the most convenient for central Shanghai but this is more than reflected in price. As long as taxi in Shanghai remains cheap and easily available, this is nor really a problem.

Location was fine for my work. Room was comfortable. Good coffee machine in the room
I tried the massage place (probably run independently), but although they were friendly they kept constantly trying to sell me a more expensive treatment than I wanted, and then during the massage I was offered a 'special' extra massage at a high price which I refused. I think the massage time was shorter than I paid for, and after I thought about it I realised the 'special' massage was not really a massage...
