Room - lovely to have a kettle in the room for making a cup of tea !
Breakfast - lovely spread - fresh rolls, nutella, coffee, sausage, cheese, fruit, juices etc
When our stay was cut short (due to airline strikes) and we needed to go a day early, staff were very helpful - no problem letting us take extra broetchen from breakfast to make up for not being there the following day - thank you !
Excellent location, being just a nice walk from the train station.
Too much plastic !! Although I realise that is easier for the staff. Eg. Kaffee Sahne sachets, Nutella sachets

Lovely staff. Comfy room. Ease of having a code for my room instead of a key. Perfect location to cafes, restaurants, shops and Wiesbaden Opera.
Room 46 is above the entrance where many people stand and smoke and talk all hours of the night. It is not a quiet room.

The hotel's team is highly professional: we felt their care, friendly attitude and attention to details.
Breakfast is just wonderful. It's not just regular eggs, bacon and yogurt. They have variety of choices - fresh fish, set of meat, set of cheese, salads, homemade desserts and fruits. We stayed on Easter with them and they baked rabbits for their clients. It was impressive and very kind.
They are pets friendly. We traveled with a cat and there were no limitations for us connected to that.
Location is perfect. Room is clean and comfortable. Pillows are made for good dreams. Mini-bar has adequate prices.
Lastly, they made a book about the history of hotel's foundation, their team and rules of stay. It is family business. It feels that people love what they do.

This is my second time staying at the Town Hotel. The staff is always very welcoming and nice. The location can’t be beat.
I was very disappointed in housekeeping this time. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty for two days, and I had to ask reception to tell the Housecleaner to fill it. Even after I did, she didn’t. I had to find her myself and tell her to refill it. Both the hand wash by the sink and the body wash/shampoo were empty,m when we arrived, and after three days I had to find housekeeping to ask her to refill.
They need to replace ALL of their pillows. They should just throw everything out and start fresh with nice fluffy new clean pillows. The ones they have are lumpy and irregular and the large ones have to be doubled over so that you have any kind of support for your head. They also give you pillows with no pillowcases.
The shower is a bit of a nightmare. You can only use the handheld device because the water does not come out in an even spray from the overhead spout. It dribbles out from just a few holes. There is no shelf or ledge in the bathroom for you to put your own shampoo or soap. I feel bad having to leave such a negative review about the room, but it was a major disappointment this time.
