Room very dated
Lift broke , disabled so really struggled upstairs

The staff were excellent and very helpful.Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool and grassy area. We are cycling and our bikes were safely locked away.
The room was a little bit tired and the WiFi a bit hit and miss

Rooms very tired broken hook on bathroom door tiles chopped etc
I booked a hotel with a pool to find it was closed which was disappointing as we would like to have used the pool to cool down and it was closed we understand as it was hot and the chemicals were not right we were not notified of its closure before our stay
There was a small kettle but no milk or creamer for hot drink luckily I took my own T bags and bought some milk
