I booked the accommodation and paid in full for the 4 nights stay, but due to a delayed flight, we didnt arrive till the day after. When we arrived we were informed that because i hadnt contacted them to let them know about the late arrival, a formality meant they could rebook the room. Which they did for one of our nights stay! Even though this was a in the T & Cs id expect any decent hotel with access to my email, phone number and agoda account messenger, they could have messaged to ask if we would be coming. Consequently we had to pay for another nights accommodation somewhere else nearby and incur extra costs, and check in and out twice. Aside of that the owners and staff were unfriendly and rude, and the facilities and rooms were basic. Make sure you read the small print before staying here!

Extremely conveniently located spot and access to the Ganges. Food at the rooftop resto/cafe is good and the spot has an amazing view of the mountains. Would stay there if I visit Rishikesh again.

Towels had a bad smell and the room too. We woke up early in the morning from the sound of a piano every day and you can hear every step in the hallway....
