Cette maisonnette de vacances est très agréable de part sa situation géographique, sur les hauteurs de la ville, dans une résidence calme et verdoyante avec ce plus, la piscine. Les équipements sont simples mais fonctionnels, peut-être réassortir la batterie de cuisine un peu manquante et du mobilier plus moderne. Autre bémol, le manque de savoir vivre des locataires en rangeant des poêles et casseroles sales par exemple ! Dommage

Très bien hormis l'état de la porte d'entrée et des portes intérieures qui mériteraient d'être changées. Calme, terrasse bien isolée et ombragée. Piscine en commun mais grande et agréable.

terrasse impraticable vu les lauriers roses qui envahissent tout. Ok pour une ou deux personnes. Deux fauteuils. Protege matelas pas nickel. Tres chaud. Sinon, très bien situé, au calme, proche du centre, bien équipé.
