The receptionist at Lagrange was simpathetic to out dilemna and told us it wasn't d first time this happened by Booking.com. She was fabulous and very helpful.
I can only fault Booking.com, I spent many frustrating hours looking for the address gave me. Ends up the property Booking.com gave me used to be a previous rental under Lagrange which does not exist anymore! We were also not informed that we had to register at a separate address prior to going to the villa. When we finally figured all this ourselves we had wasted 3 frustrating hours thanks to Booking.com. Finally, the photos given by Booking.com were taken 20 yrs ago!!! That's right 20yrs ago. The property was run down with only very basic needs. Decor was very simple with NO charm. Booking.com you guys messed up big time...I want my money back!!! By the way, Lagrange takes a hefty deposit of €800!!! Clean the place when you leave as you found it otherwise the cleaning charge is €168!!!
