Child friendly, cosy chalet "Kelly", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1997. In the district of Bina 1.2 km from the centre of Grächen, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 400 m, cable car 500 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Free parking near the house, across the street. Fenced garden with playground (swing) for shared use is available on the neighbouring property (opposite). Private ski room with boot heating system is next to the Hanigalp mountain railway.

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung und eine sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung können wir mit ruhigem Gewissen jedem nur empfehlen.

Se trata de un apartamento abuhardillado fantástico, con buena ubicación, en un lugar tranquilo, pero a la vez de fácil acceso. Es muy cómodo, está bien equipado y limpio, con amplias habitaciones y una terraza con hermosas vistas a las montañas y al teleférico de Grächen. Además, goza de un aparcamiento a poca distancia de la casa. Los propietarios, muy amables, nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino como detalle de bienvenida. En fin, pasamos unos días excepcionales en un lugar maravilloso.

Der erste Eindruck war des Hauses war nicht der beste Niemand der Vermieter vor Ort während des Aufenthaltes , Parkplatz nicht wirklich 50 m entfernt vom Haus , Kühlschrank nicht sauber, Treppe zur Wohnung sehr eng mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen, beim Haupeingang hatte es Zigarettenstummel am Boden Alles in allem nicht wirklich super Aber für 5 Nächte war es okay
