This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.
The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

Very nice inside. Well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host, Tony, was very receptive. Didn't have any issues to speak if. Excellent price !Would stay again.

Was a great place! A short ride to all the main attractions. The house very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this place and will use again in the future
