Clean, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated.
The fan in the bathroom is activated by movement, so when needing the toilet during the night, the fan would go off. Due to the near proximity of the bedrooms, this woke up people.

The location is very nice, close enough to shops and the sea. The apartment was very nicely furnished and clean with all needed equipment.
The fact that it is on the third floor (European counting) without a lift was known but if you really search for a bad point for this appartement that would be it. On the other hand the stairs are not bad.

Comfortable, clean and nicely furbished appartment on a top location near beach (2 min) and small stores (2-5 min) and a great children's playground (2 min). We stayed 4 days and had all we needed.
If there is any unfortunate thing it would be the missing elevator and stairs are quite narrow. Not a problem for us but it's good to know up front.
