OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style pool yard is this home's crown jewel—fully upgraded and designed for luxury vacation living. The 75-foot zero-edge pool, tanning deck, and integrated spa create an unforgettable backdrop for long days in the sun. Gather under the covered outdoor dining pavilion, grill on the BBQ, or unwind beside one of the two fire features. Multiple lounge areas and spectacular mountain views make this an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing.
** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Suite offers a King bed, en suite bathroom, and private doors that open to the yard. Bedroom Two has a King bed and shares easy access to a full bathroom with Bedroom Three, which is also appointed with a King bed. Bedroom Four features a Queen bed and its own private en suite bathroom. There is also a powder room conveniently located off the main living area.

We had a great time relaxing by the pool with our wine, snacks and deep conversations. The pool is fabulous and beautiful. Only 1 problem and that is all the rules about music etc that they have in Palm Springs.

House was fine but the pool is pretty small. Also, we were given a warning for noise complaint even though we were in bed by 8PM and this was a family trip with kids! Neighbors are not nice and kind.
