Größe und Lage der Wohnung. Der kleine Garten/ Terrasse, PKW- Stellplatz in der Nähe, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Informationen durch den Vermieter. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig 👍, grüne Insel mit Grill und Hollywoodschaukel im Garten, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten( wir waren 6 Personen), 3 Sofas zum chillen, Gute Küchenausstattung. Bei Fragen und Problemen- Jens ist sofort zur Stelle und regelt das- Dankeschön!!
Bettdecken in Überlänge wären noch toll- Für uns „Große „ Gäste.
