La Canonica di Alica

Klimatyczny bardzo stary dom, przepiękny widok z okien sypialni, sympatyczni właściciele. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja( dodatkowo płatna). Basen 5 min od domu- duży z ogrodem i WC.

Ręczniki stare nadające się do wymiany, kuchnia słabo posprzątana.

Villa is located in a homely Italian village, on the beautiful hill with gorgeous view that you could enjoy from the windows. Waking up to such magical landscape was for me the essence of holiday in Tuscany. Villa was also relatively close to Pisa airport and to interesting tourist places, such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano or Volterra and just a 30 minutes drive from the sea site. Villa is an old, charming typically Italian house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean. Swimming pool was within short walk with plenty of sunbeds and seats in the shade or sun (whichever you prefer). Hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, it was a pleasure to learn from them history of Alica (the village) as well as Italy. Place is perfect if you want to enjoy peace and quiet of rural Tuscany with your friends or family.

This is not an accommodation for people looking for extensive nightlife.

Roberto and Clara were very nice and helpful. The house was very clean and well decorated. Kitchen properly equiped.Air conditioning working. The pool was amazing with warm water, very clean.Roberto makes great wine.

The only inconvenience was that the pool was a little far from the property (3 minutes walk), but its quality was perfect, so who cares :)

Great views, near Pisa, Florence and Volterra. Very good swimming pool.

The house is 800 years old and the buildings around it could do with painting. No air-conditioning, there were fans provided. If you like really old buildings this is grand. Very steep hill up to villa, that you can't drive up to.
